This incident affected: Authentication (OneSpelman / Microsoft 365), MS Outlook, Banner Self-Service (Registration, Webtime), Touchnet (Student accounts, donations), Banner Admin Pages, Spel-Shop, eTrieve (Document Management, Forms and Workflow), VPN, Department Network Drives, Campus Wireless Network, Service Desk, Office Phones, Smartsheet Sign in via Microsoft Azure AD, MS Teams, and CRM Advance.
